Solely to operate SETTLED for you — to analyze your records, generate findings and surface factual discrepancies, and support your account. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use trusted processors to deliver the service, including authentication, database hosting, document storage, document analysis, certified-mail dispatch, email delivery, and payment processing. Each receives only what is needed to perform its function.

Your document vault

Documents you upload are stored to power your scans, evidence, and re-scan verification. You may request deletion of your records and account at any time via the contact page.

Security

Access to the engine requires authentication, and account data is scoped to you. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we apply reasonable safeguards appropriate to sensitive records.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable period consistent with applicable law.
